How about something sweet? No, not sugary sweet, but sweet vermouth. We've got a barrel-aged boulevardier, and then we're rolling with the sweet vermouth and riffing on Negronis and Manhattans. For food, we'll have homemade pizzas and "cookies and rye" homemade ice cream.

It's [only two days past] Burns Night 2023! On Burns Night, Scots (and friends of Scots) all over the world celebrate all things Scottish, starting with Robert Burns. We'll be drinking Scotch and Scotch-based cocktails, eating snacks that pair well with Scotch, and hopefully playing some poker.
